Your First Contact with Our Team
Please book online or call our dental clinic on (03) 5282 2034. We’ll ask you how you heard about us and point you toward our social media, where we share information about our team.
An initial phone call will include gauging your oral health concerns and goals. We’ll also book your first dental exam, which can last up to 90 minutes. Your professional teeth clean typically takes one hour.
Then, we email you the new patient forms or direct you to the
portal on our website
for a quick download. You can also arrive a few minutes early and complete your paperwork in our dental clinic.

Patient-Centred, No-Pressure Dental Care

New Patient Exam
Your comprehensive new patient exam includes x-rays as needed, a thorough exam and a treatment discussion if your dentist uncovers any issues. We’ll share all potential treatment options and explain them in detail. Your dentist will even explain how the problem may have occurred. We strongly believe in patient education!
If warranted, we’ll book your coming treatment.
Your First Hygiene Visit
The appointment focuses on your periodontal health, the state of your teeth, and gum disease. Your hygienist will be on the lookout for any potential issues as they clean your teeth. They will discuss disease patterns and help you stay vigilant in-home care.
This appointment is more than teeth clean. It is about prevention and patient education.
